We offer a 14 Day Return period on all of our items provided that the original packaging has not been damaged. Blister packs cannot be returned once opened. The postage costs for the return will be covered by the customer. The amount paid for the product will be refunded to the customer within 10 days, less the original postage fee. We offer the legally required 30-day return period for any faulty products that you have purchased from us. Under this requirement, products that are faulty due to manufacturing errors can be returned for a full refund including the original postage of the product. If the customer damages a product in the 30-day period, any claim that can be made can be done so through the manufacturer’s warranty. Please ensure that the original packaging is returned with the product and allow 10 days from the receipt of the item for the refund to be processed. The vast majority of products listed on Interconnective’s store carry a manufacturer’s warranty ranging from 1 year and up. If you feel that a product is faulty or was too easily damaged, we can offer advice on the best way to claim under the warranty. For products such as the Partner Robust, the Partner Online and the Partner Body Worn Video System, Interconnective are able to provide repairs in-house. If you have any equipment that you have purchased through us that requires repair, please ger in contact with our customer service.
