Any personal information that you provide us with will only be used internally for the purposes of processing your orders, personalizing our service, and resolving any issues that you may encounter. We do not sell information to third party companies nor participate in information trading programs.
What information we collect and how
The information we collect via the Websites may include:

(2) Data that allows us to recognise you, your preferences and how you use our Websites. This saves you from re-entering information when you return to the Websites. Any personal information we collect from the Websites will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.
The information we collect via The Partner Online app includes:
(1) Account details (such as user name, unique user ID, password, etc).
(2) Contact information (such as email address, phone number, etc).
(3) Geolocation data of your device (such as latitude and longitude while app is on background). The geolocation data is used for the Lone Worker Protection Service, GPS tracking and Bluetooth patrolling features. This is not turned on by default and can be turned off at any time.
For users of the handset, you can access and use the Services without telling us who you are or revealing any information by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. If, however, you wish to use some of the features offered on the Services, you may be asked to provide certain Personal Information (for example, your name and e-mail address).
We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you create an account, or fill any forms on the Services.
Credit Card Information

How the details we collect will be used
To process your order, to process any application for finance or a mobile phone contract etc, to maintain guarantee records and to provide after-sales service (we may pass your details to another organisation to supply/deliver products or services you have purchased and/or to provide after-sales service)
(1) You can ask us to update or remove your personal information by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing to us at our customer services address below. However, please note that we may need to keep some personal data in order to process orders or to comply with customer service or after sale obligations.
We may use third parties to carry out certain activities, such as processing and sorting data, monitoring how customers use our site and issuing our e-mails for us. Rest assured that third parties will not be allowed to use your personal information for their own purposes without your prior permission to do so.
(2) You also have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you. To do this, simply write to us at the following address, enclosing a cheque for £10 payable to Interconnective Limited to cover our administration costs.
