The Nokta NMS20 Rechargeable Hand-Held Security Wand has 3 pre-set sensitivities that have been optimised for use in security environments. This allows for searches for weapons and larger metal objects without random alerts from pocket change and rivets. Conversely, at a higher sensitivity can be used to pick up small items like jewelry or sim cards.
Signal Strength icon Detection Size Indicator
The Nokta NMS20 Rechargeable Hand-Held Security Wand will indicate how large a successful detection is relative to its sensitivity by lighting up different numbers of bars in the center of the device. This means that with a little practice, you can tell by the detection alert how big the piece of metal will be.

The Nokta NMS20 Rechargeable Hand-Held Security Wand allows you to activate the rebar elimination mode which will automatically take into account the presence of rebar in the building. This prevents the rebar from causing interference when the device is in use.
