Order Processing

We dispatch orders Monday through Friday. If your order is placed on a weekend, it will be processed first thing on a Monday. Next-day deliveries are not available on a weekend. We generally have same-day processing so if your order is placed in the morning, it will most likely be dispatched in the afternoon.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping Methods

Interconnective uses a combination of Royal Mail and professional courier services to meet the varying requirements of our clients. For smaller packages and lower-cost items to the UK mainland, we will use Royal Mail. For specialist items or where a client selects a next-day service, we use DPD Local. The Royal Mail service that is used for standard delivery depends on the weight and size of the item. Small packages will be sent on the Tracked 48 service and smaller items will normally be sent under Tracked 24.

Delivery Times

When placing an order, your estimated delivery time will be listed above the item’s price. While we endeavour to meet these where possible, external factors will occasionally prevent us from doing so. In this eventuality, we will contact you by phone or email to explain why this has occurred.

Next-Day Deliveries

On products where next-day delivery is available, the order must be placed by 2PM GMT. If it is not placed on time, the order will be only be shipped the following day. In this eventuality, we are unable to change the shipping method as the shipment will have already been created at the time of ordering.

Multiple Delivery Times

Certain specialist products come directly from the manufacturer. If products with two different delivery times are selected, the slowest of these will be displayed. It is possible that you will receive two different shipments, one earlier and one later. In this situation, you will only be charged one delivery fee.

Courier Services

For most of our courier services, we use DPD Local. Courier packages are tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number once the shipment has been created.

International Shipping

International Shipments can be arranged directly with our staff by calling +44 (0)1494 446965. While we do sell internationally, we do not allow international purchases from directly our webstore. We do this to avoid fraud and the ensure that our international clients are able to receive their orders without any delays and inconvenience.

For countries that require Certificates of Origin, we are also able to provide these for an additional fee.
