	Ultra-Sensitivity The Adams AD2300 is part of the Ultra-Sensitive range and can detect very small masses of metal. It is designed to find items that may have been ingested or hidden in body cavities and is employed by airports, prisons and warehouses internationally.
	Quick and Easy to Use The Adams AD2300 is easy to use and requires only the use of one button to operate. It does not need calibration or adjustment to be deployed and is set to the manufacturer’s recommended sensitivity.
	Lightweight and Rugged The Adams AD2300 weighs in at 290g, making it easy to carry and use for extended periods of time. It is built to be solid and has a hardened plastic case with a water and dust resistance rating of IP64.
	Safe Electromagnetic Detection The Adams AD2300 has been tested rigorously and approved for use around pregnant women, pacemakers and causes minimal electromagnetic interference to electronic devices. It has additionally been tested to the relevant standards under EN5008-1 and EN500082-1.
	Dual Detection Alarm Settings The AD2300 uses two selectable detection alarm settings Audio (Piezo) and Visual (LED) or Visual only for discreet searches where an audio alarm is not suitable. The alarm mode can be adjusted using the rocker switch next to the activation button.
	Long Battery Life The AD2300 uses a standard 9V battery and draws as little power as possible when idle. This results in up to 360 hours of battery life depending on use.
	Battery Charge Indicator The Adams AD2300 uses a Full Battery Management System that indicates when battery is running low in the device. Once the battery life is close to expiring, yellow LED warning lights will activate and once it reaches critical levels, an audio alarm will activate with both yellow and red LED alarms.
	Made in the United Kingdom While Adams Electronics is an originally American company, they have for many years maintained a commercial presence in the United Kingdom. Unlike many brands where their products are shipped from China or third-party countries, the majority of Adams Metal Detectors are assembled in the UK.
