	Quick and Easy to Use The Adams AD11-2 hand metal detector does not require any sensitivity adjustment and can be deployed straight out of the box. Widley used in airports, police forces and security companies around the world, the AD11-2 uses the optimum sensitivity level for most standard security purposes.
	Adjustable Dual Alarm Notification The Adams AD11-2 has adjustable detection alarm settings. Users can switch between simultaneous Visual (LED) and Audio (Piezo) alarms to the more discreet LED only setting which can be used to avoid creating a scene when needed.
	Highly Sensitive, Highly Safe The Adams AD11-2 is highly sensitive and can detect masses of metal smaller than 0.1g. It has been tested rigorously and approved for use around pregnant women, pacemakers and causes minimal electromagnetic interference to electronic devices. It has additionally been tested to the relevant standards under EN5008-1 and EN500082-1.
	Lightweight and Rugged Weighing in at only 262g, the AD11-2 is light and fits comfortably in your hand. It has a hardened plastic cover that protects it from the elements and allows for use in more challenging outdoor environments. The AD11-2 has an IP64 Water/Dust resistance rating.
	Linear Detection Technology (LDT) The AD11-2 uses Adams’ patented Linear Detection Technology which produces a cleaner signal which is resistant to background interference that could cause false positives or distortion.
	Long Battery Life The AD11-2 uses a standard 9V battery and is designed to use as little power as possible when not in use. This means that it has up to 360 hours of power depending on the frequency of use.
	Made in the United Kingdom While Adams Electronics is an originally American company, they have for many years maintained a commercial presence in the United Kingdom. Unlike many brands where their products are shipped from China or third-party countries, the majority of Adams Metal Detectors are assembled in the UK.
