Included in the purchase of The Partner Professional Starter Pack is 30 days free phone support. The support takes effect from the date of invoice. Thereafter support is optional and charged for on an annual basis and is offered through two levels; e-support and phone support. Those who chose not to take support there is a comprehensive help section in The Partner Software and also an extensive online Knowledgebase. All support calls are answered and resolved by the close of the next working day after the day on which the support request was received. We are able to provide a short, diagnostic support call for those who have chosen not to take support. This is available once per site. In cases where the request is referred to The Partner – Second Line Support responses may take longer. The Partner Support is closed between Christmas and New Year.
