The Partner Robust Recorder is a robust, waterproof and shock resistant patrol data recorder, manufactured from stainless steel with polyurethane protective sleeve. There is an on board buzzer that sounds when contact is made with C017 – The Partner Patrol Point. There is also a shock sensor that records the veracity of impact recording a high, medium or low impact. In cases where there are 15 impacts within an hour The Partner Robust Recorder shuts down and will only reactivate when the recorder is downloaded. In the case of The Partner Robust Recorder with buzzer the blue LED flashes and the buzzer sounds on each impact. Internal electronics are potted in flame retardant resin and all internal sub assemblies are waterproof. Device is sealed with rivets and cannot be legitimately opened by operational staff.
