Cuirazz Conflict Zone Protection

In conflict zones around the world body armour is essential for non military personnel. Cuirazz Body Protection has two offerings suited for this type of theatre, The Cuirazz Tactical Response Vest (TRV) and the Cuirazz Press Vest.

The Cuirazz Tactical Response Vest (TRV) provides the ultimate defence in body armour resistance. This vest can be accessorised to include collar and groin protection and hard armour plates to achieve an optimum level of defence. The Cuirazz Tactical Response Vest (TRV) is available in two HOSDB standards: Higher Protection (HG2, KR2, SP2) (2003) and Superthin Protection (HG2, KR1, SP1) (2007) and Rifle Protection (RF1) when a hard armour plate is added. The standard colours are black, navy blue, blue, green and camouflage. 

The Cuirazz Press Vest incorporates all the higher standard capabilities of a tactical response vest but with the added advantage of specialised pockets to fit necessary press equipment, such as notebooks and a mobile phone. The Cuirazz Armoured Press Vest is available in two HOSDB Standards: Higher Protection (HG2, KR2, SP2) (2003) and Superthin Protection (HG2, KR1, SP1) (2007) and Rifle Protection, (RF1), as well as NIJ level Three or Four standard when upgraded with a hard armour plate and an adapted cover. The standard colours are black, navy blue, and blue.

Available in single or double curve and weighing only 2.3kg each, the multi-hit capable plates are 30% lighter than plates with similar capabilities. The dimensions of the hard armour plates are: 250 x 300 x 9mm

The low weight Commando SC650/427 which provides protection to NIJ Level 111a,  has an adjustable harness for superior fit and comfort.
